In A Relationship you need: Gendered Communication One of the most important topics in communications is gender communications and that is why I decided to write about it. Gender communication is communication about and between women and men. It is the most important thing to almost everyone in the world. I learned about gender communication in a class last year with Naaeke and I think it is really important to have if any ones wants to have a good relationship with someone and everyone usually wants to build there life through a relationship between a man and a women. To start off a relationship the two in the relationship have to have good communication with each other. The different kinds of communication are linear, interactive, and transactional. Linear communication is a one way conversation. One person takes it over and talks the whole time and the other sits a listens. This could be both a good and bad thing. If the two are both talkers and like to take over the conversation they won’t be good because both are going to want to talk and not listen. Another way to make it bad is if a person doesn’t like a talker then they won’t like someone talking the whole time. The way it is good is when one don’t like to talk and the other does. Interactive is what you can call the nice or polite way of talking to each other. This is the way most conversations between two people on a first date. One listens to the other talk, then they talk and the other listens to them. This way is good because it could make you look polite an d it could make you look like that you are really interested in what the other person is saying. You can really get to know a lot about each other this way as well. The way it is bad is if the person that yo... ...nship and the time our relationship was great was when we had good communication. And because of our good relationship I know that she wants to marry me and I want to marry her and we know it will happen one of these days. We will get married and start a family but with out great communication we probably wouldn’t know or be with each other today. The point that I am trying to make is that if two people don’t have communication in their relationship it isn’t going to work or if it does work the relationship is going to suck. To be able to have a good relationship with some one you have to know what they like and what they don’t like. If you don’t know that you really don’t know them for who they are and nine times out of ten it’s going to fail. So good communication equals a good strong relationship and bad communication would equal a bad or boring relationship.

Criminal justice administrators also oversee agencies’ budget, policies and program requirements. Each public agency, according to its primary function, has a support team.The criminal justice administrator is in charge of supervising all agency staff; which can include lawyers, judicial clerks, secretaries, investigators and line officers. He/ She review and approve their reports, as it is his responsibility to make sure all information is accurate and prepared in accordance with established policy and procedure. The United States criminal justice system is a system that acts to enforce the criminal laws of the country. In the United States, the criminal justice system is divided in three categories: federal, state and military.In addition to these three categories, each state has separate divisions that deal with adult and juvenile cases. Each of these systems is comprised of three major components. The first component of the criminal justice system and perhaps the most important and dangerous is law enforcement. This includes the local police department with all of its police officers and detectives. These people head the criminal justice system because they are the ones responsible for finding and capturing individuals who break the laws set forth by the state, federal government or the military.The second component is the court; the court system includes prosecution and defense lawyers, judges and juries. These individuals make sure offenders are given fair trails. Judges, also known as finders of facts, hear the cases and preside over the participants to make sure that all laws are followed wh ile the cases are being tried. Some cases are tried in front of a judge only, while others have a jury of 12 citizens who determine the guilt or innocence of a defendant based on facts brought forth during a trial.The last but not least is corrections. The correction system, which is tightly intertwined with the previous two components, is very important and quite large. A successful agency must properly manage all of these elements. Features of systems management include specialization within components of a large system and coordination among different components. System management could serve criminal justice agencies well, and some organizations exhibit elements of this approach. Advocating for Meriwether Lewis as the Face of the $10 Bill Introduction I believe that the Meriwether Lewis is one of the most qualified candidates for being on the $10 bill. Meriwether Lewis is most widely known for his part in leading the Corps of Discovery on their expedition across the land of the recently acquisitioned Louisiana Purchase. The expedition took place between May of 1804 to September of 1806 and spanned from St. Louis, Missouri to Fort Clatsop in present day Oregon. During this period Lewis, the Corps, and his former commanding officer and friend William Clark set out to observe and map the Western lands. Along the way, Lewis and his companions discovered many new species of wildlife and plants. Many of these species are represented by sketches in the logs both Lewis and Clark kept. After returning from their expedition, Lewis became the governor of the Louisiana territory and was given a generous slice of land in the new region. In 1809, he attempted suicide while on the road to Washington D.C. While Lewis was unsuccessful in his attem pts to kill himself, he later succeeded in shooting himself at an Inn.
